BOXARR Board Changes

As the company enters its next stage of development, there are some key changes to announce.

After 6 years, Sir Colin Terry KBE, CB, DL, FREng has taken the decision to step down from the Boxarr Board and his role as Chairman. Sir Colin brought his vast military and commercial experience to bear at the company, combined with outstanding leadership skills have been crucial to the success the company is now enjoying.

Robin Young, Boxarr's independent NED and Chair of the Remuneration Committee, will succeed Sir Colin into the role of Executive Chair. Over the past 5 years, Robin has demonstrated a deep understanding of the company. His significant commercial experience and network will be put to full use in the next exciting phase of Boxarr's development.

The whole Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Sir Colin for his unwavering support of Boxarr, mentoring of Executive members and genuine commitment to performance excellence. We wish Sir Colin and Lady Gillian all the absolute best and look forward to sharing news of Boxarr's ongoing development and success with them.

Alun Williams, Non-Executive Director and representative of Parkwalk Advisors, will be stepping into the role of Remuneration Committee Chair. We would like to thank Alun for his ongoing commitment to the company.

These changes become effective following the January 27 2023 BOXARR Board.
